1. Refund Policy – Pitru Krupa Steel Pipe
Here at Pitru Krupa Steel Pipe , we always try to deliver the best quality steel pipes and give our customers proper service. Still, sometimes things go wrong — maybe the product is damaged, wrong item sent, or the delivery gets delayed. In such cases, we try to fix the problem in a fair way and without too much headache for the customer.
This policy explains when refunds are possible, when they aren’t, and how to go about it.
2. When You Can Get a Refund
You can ask for a refund in these situations:
- Product Damaged or Defective : If the item comes with visible damage, a defect from manufacturing, or doesn’t meet the promised standard.
- Wrong Item Sent : If we send you the wrong size, type or quantity compared to your order.
- Late Delivery : If the delivery is much later than promised and we didn’t inform you beforehand.
3. When Refunds Can’t Be Given
Refund is not possible if :
- Change of Mind : You just don’t want it anymore or requirements changed.
- Damage After Delivery : The product was fine when you got it but got damaged later due to wrong storage or handling.
- Delay in Reporting : The issue is told to us after 7 days of delivery.
- Custom Orders : Any product made specially as per your request can’t be refunded unless it is faulty
4. How to Ask for a Refund
- Contact Us : Within 7 days of delivery, call or email us with your order number and explain the problem.
- Proof : Send clear photos or a short video showing the damage or wrong product.
- Check : If approved, we will tell you how to return it.
- Approval & Return : If approved, we will tell you how to return it
- Refund : After getting the product back and checking it, we send the refund in 7–10 working days
5. How Refunds Are Sent
- Online Payments : Money goes back to the same account/card/UPI you paid from.
- Cash on Delivery : We transfer it to your bank account.
- Cheque Payments : A fresh cheque will be issued.
6. Returning the Product
- Shipping Cost : Paid by customer unless our mistake.
- Packaging : Product should be in the original packaging.
- Time Limit : If item is not returned in the given time, refund request will be cancelled.
7. Replacement Option
If you want, you can get a replacement instead of refund (depends on stock). The process is same as refund.
8. Time for Refund
Normally, refunds are done in 7–10 working days after approval. Sometimes banks take longer, but we will update you.
